The restaurant is well-deserving of its stars for more than just its exquisite food, it matches (and perhaps exceeds) our experience of three star restaurants elsewhere. Whilst in Lisbon we also visited restaurant Eleven for dinner and had a nice time but, by contrast, were not blown away with the experience as we were at the Alma.
